Just wanted to give you feedback on your team. Really an excellent job. Especially the ground staff. With the Global so many places people don't quite understand the lav. Your ground staff even asked to double check to make sure the lav was done properly.

I would say job well done! And continue if anything just ask the Pilots. I wish there were more ground staff around the world taught like AFM.
